WHY I COACH?
I believe that the primary purpose of our football program is to help prepare our players to become successful men in life. The secondary purpose of our football program is to develop a program that competes for the region and the state championship every year. My goals are to teach players to work hard through weight lifting, speed agility training and practice; to teach players to make sacrifices to achieve their goals; to teach our players to work for the good of others; to teach players to be disciplined; and to teach players to be good people.

I coach the way I do because I want to create an environment in which I can connect with and transform each player into the best version of themselves.

HOW DO I DEFINE SUCCESS???
"Success is about consistent growth, setting goals to challenge yourself, and working diligently to achieve them. If there are any setbacks, I consider them as learning opportunities, not failures. Success isn't always about the destination. Rather, it's a journey of continuous learning.

Being coached by me is often been described to me intense, demanding, and focused on meticulous detail, with a strong emphasis on preparation and a relentless pursuit of winning. At the end of the day I love of my players but coaching the way I do is also rewarding due to the opportunity to learn strategic insights on the game of football with utilize players' strengths.

Coaching is a developmental process where a coach supports or train or mentor an individual in achieving a specific personal or professional goals by providing training and guidance. Together, the coach and student or pupil practice and build the skills and behaviors required to make progress toward their goals or teams’ goal.

Football Philosophy
My philosophy on football is that successes cannot and should never be measured on wins or losses. Success is a daily commitment achieved through a positive attitude in life, which will directly transfer over to the future endeavors of my football players, my coaching staff as well as myself.
